Where Hidden Road trades with you as principal, including as matched principal, transactions will be at arm’s length with you. Hidden Road does not act as agent, fiduciary, or financial, regulatory, tax business or any other form of adviser to you.
Hidden Road will be clear, fair and not misleading in its statements to you, but no statement by Hidden Road should be construed as a recommendation or advice. You are expected to evaluate the appropriateness and suitability of any transaction you enter into with Hidden Road based on your own requirements and circumstances.
Please refer to the Order Execution Policy for details on the application of the rules on best execution to your trades with Hidden Road.
Hidden Road may quote a principal transaction, including a matched principal transaction, as an all-in price which is inclusive of fees, commission or other mark-up.
The factors which Hidden Road will consider when forming its price depends on the specific circumstances of the transaction, and therefore Hidden Road may provide different quotes to different clients for substantially the same transaction.
Hidden Road is not obliged to disclose the components of its “all-in” price, but Hidden Road staff will be truthful if they agree to disclose such information.
