DPB MiCAR Sustainability Disclosures

As required under Article 66(5) of the Markets in Crypto Assets Regulation (“MiCAR”), Hidden Road Partners CIV NL B.V. (“HRP NL”) is required to publish information in relation to certain sustainability disclosures for its digital assets prime brokerage (“DPB”) service. Such disclosure of information is in relation to the principal adverse impacts on the climate and other environment-related adverse impacts of the consensus mechanisms that those products may contain.
